Job Description

As a Hospitality Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations in our Cape Town hotel. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can lead our team to provide outstanding service and ensure guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospitality team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee hotel operations and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Manage and train staff to achieve superior performance.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for guests.
• Monitor service quality and make improvements as necessary.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and guest satisfaction.
• Foster teamwork and communication among staff.
• Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Engage with guests through personal interactions to enhance their stay.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Hospitality Management is an asset

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on operations management
