Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Global Pharmacies, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. This position requires strong pharmaceutical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing patient health. You will collaborate with healthcare providers and offer patient counselling while managing medications effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients regarding their therapeutic plans.
• Implement and monitor health promotion activities.
• Facilitate medication therapy management sessions.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development.
• Support the development of pharmacy services within the community.
• Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant health laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent
• Additional certifications in clinical pharmacy are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years experience in retail pharmacy or clinical settings

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
