We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our healthcare facility in Cape Town. You will be responsible for evaluating patient care needs, implementing nursing interventions, and providing education to patients and their families. Your expertise will ensure our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
• Facilitate discharge planning and home care education for patients.
• Organize staff schedules and assignments to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Lead health promotion workshops and community outreach programs.
• Assist in developing nursing policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and audits.

Advantageous

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification: Certification in advanced trauma and life support in pediatric care.
• Experience mentoring nursing students: Able to guide and train nursing students during their clinical placements.
