Job Description

As a Floor Sanders and Finishers, you will operate and maintain sanding machines, ensuring that wooden floors are sanded and finished to perfection. Attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Expertly operate floor sanding machines for optimal results.
• Finish and polish wooden floors in alignment with client specifications.
• Safely remove existing floor finishes when needed.
• Apply appropriate new finishes to enhance the floor appearance.
• Conduct site clean-up post-project to ensure safety.
• Inspect and resolve any pre-existing flooring issues prior to sanding.
• Assist in finishing applications, ensuring precision and quality.
• Maintain communication with installation crews for an effective workflow.
• Follow all safety standards and practices diligently.
• Engage with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in floor sanding and finishing preferred.

Technical Skills
