Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences? We are in search of a Customer Success Manager in Durban to lead our client-facing initiatives. In this role, you will engage with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions, assisting them in navigating challenges with tailored support. Your ability to build and nurture relationships will be paramount as you facilitate the onboarding process and drive ongoing engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
  • Implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns aimed at customer retention.
  • Oversee the development of customer success metrics and reporting systems.
  • Spearhead initiatives to promote customer advocacy and positive reviews.
  • Conduct exit interviews with customers leaving the platform to gather insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a customer-centric role, ideally in technology
