Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Manager to lead our HR department in Johannesburg. Your role will involve developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a talent management strategy.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention.
  • Implement employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Advise on disciplinary procedures and support investigations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and communication.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance the HR function.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in HR
