Job Description

The Learning and Development Specialist will spearhead initiatives to develop and enhance employee skills across various departments. This role involves creating training materials, facilitating workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in adult education practices, with a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze learning trends within the organization.
• Foster a learning culture by promoting ongoing professional development.
• Create and maintain a resource library of training materials.
• Coordinate with external training providers when necessary.
• Develop metrics to assess ROI of training programs.
• Facilitate leadership development programs to nurture future leaders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Training or Education is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in learning and development roles
