Job Description

As a Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Worker, you will be responsible for the efficient folding and organizing of shirts and other garments in a retail environment. Your attention to detail will ensure that all clothing is handled with care and presented neatly.

Responsibilities

• Organize garments efficiently for quick access and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with tagging and sorting clothing for washing and ironing.
• Ensure that all items are accounted for and returned to clients in a timely manner.
• Support stock management with reporting of low inventory levels.
• Provide assistance in the loading and unloading of laundry machinery.
• Engage with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
