Job Description

As an Interior Designer at Design Innovations, you will work closely with clients and contractors to develop and implement design concepts. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design creative and functional spaces suitable for various client needs.
• Present design concepts to clients for feedback and approval.
• Consult with architects and engineers on feasibility of designs.
• Oversee budgets and ensure projects are executed within financial constraints.
• Compile a complete library of materials and design samples.
• Review construction bids and select appropriate contractors for projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare project timelines and manage their execution.
• Create visually appealing mood boards to communicate ideas effectively.
• Assist in marketing presentations and client pitches.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with a focus on commercial projects

Technical Skills

• BIM software (like Revit)

Soft Skills

• Client Relations

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation

Languages

• English: Fluent
