We are looking for a passionate Tour Guide to showcase the beauty of Port Elizabeth. Your duties will include leading tours, sharing historical and cultural knowledge, and making sure our guests have the best experience possible. A background in tourism or hospitality is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on local attractions to provide detailed and interesting facts.
• Coordinate tour logistics, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
• Manage group dynamics and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies during tours.
• Promote the local culture and community pride among visitors.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tour guiding or hospitality

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
