Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off meetings to outline goals and expectations.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Conduct project evaluations to ensure successful delivery and extraction of lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement among the project team.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of team members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of solid project management experience

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)
