Responsibilities

  • Design and implement project management frameworks that enhance productivity.
  • Direct and manage project development from start to finish.
  • Align project objectives with operational strategies.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring adherence to allocated funds.
  • Develop risk management strategies and mitigation plans.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and improve future projects.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and project teams.
  • Promote a culture of excellence in project delivery.
  • Guide and mentor junior project team members.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant project management experience
