Job Description

You will be the first line of support for our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests in a timely manner, documenting each interaction.
  • Ensure that all IT equipment is maintained and properly functioning.
  • Participate in IT projects to improve systems and services.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements when necessary.
  • Assist with backup and recovery procedures to protect data integrity.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support roles
