Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and validation. Collaborate with various teams, develop test plans, and implement automation where possible to enhance efficiency. Your contribution will be key to delivering exceptional software to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough end-to-end testing of applications before launch.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding testing progress and results.
• Ensure compliance with company quality assurance standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior QA team members.
• Evaluate testing tools and technologies for potential adoption.
• Identify areas of improvement in current QA processes.
• Lead or contribute to QA workshops and knowledge sharing sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in QA or related field

Technical Skills

• Continuous Integration Tools (Jenkins)
• Performance Testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Performance Testing Tools: Experience with JMeter or LoadRunner for performance evaluation.
