Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret prescriptions for appropriateness and accuracy.

• Assist in developing pharmacy protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Advanced qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting
