Job Description

We are in search of an HR Manager to enhance our HR strategies and lead our recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and driving initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute recruitment and selection processes.
  • Create training and development plans for employees.
  • Lead performance management systems and procedures.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Support employees in career development initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover rates.
  • Coordinate employee benefit programs and compensation packages.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
