Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to oversee various HR functions within our Port Elizabeth office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and contributing to a vibrant company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Champion HR best practices and advocate for employee well-being.
  • Coordinate and manage HR compliance audits and reviews.
  • Advise management on HR trends and legislative changes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and restructuring.
  • Encourage employee feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data for insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years in HR or related field with leadership experience
