Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for the recruitment cycle, from talent acquisition to onboarding, and will work to develop a supportive and engaging workplace culture. Your ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts will be invaluable in fostering team cohesion and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Enhance employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Implement effective performance appraisal systems.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
  • Oversee compliance audits and ensure adherence to HR policies.
  • Manage employee welfare and health programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects.
  • Facilitate succession planning and workforce development.
  • Prepare HR budgets and forecast workforce needs.
  • Coordinate HR projects to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
