As an Investment Banker, you will be responsible for advising clients on financial strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to work on complex financial models to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic financial models tailored to client needs.
• Provide ongoing support and advice during and after financial transactions.
• Conduct risk assessments for investment projects.
• Collaborate with legal teams to finalize contractual agreements.
• Participate in client pitches and contribute to winning new business.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks for clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging markets.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is highly regarded

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking with a proven track record
