Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator to lead our community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers while ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of volunteer programs and initiatives.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse volunteers.
  • Conduct interviews and background checks for volunteer candidates.
  • Arrange team-building events for volunteers to enhance engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports on volunteer activities and program outcomes.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations for support.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding volunteering.
  • Facilitate training workshops to equip volunteers with necessary skills.
  • Monitor volunteer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Promote a culture of appreciation and recognition for volunteers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
