Job Description

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall customer experience strategy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at every touchpoint. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and work closely with various departments to implement processes that enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer feedback loop process to ensure customer voices are heard.
  • Evaluate and improve customer service processes and protocols.
  • Engage with customers through surveys, interviews, and direct communication to gather insights.
  • Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
  • Research industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff to promote customer-centric culture.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement based on customer analytics.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience roles with leadership experience
