Join our Johannesburg office as a Recruitment Coordinator, where you will facilitate the hiring process by coordinating with various stakeholders. You will assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems. Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings and maintain an organized recruitment calendar.
  • Utilize social media and networking to source candidates.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Participate in the review and improvement of recruitment policies.
  • Analyze feedback from candidates to improve recruitment practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the training of new team members on recruitment processes.
  • Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in HR or Talent Management are advantageous
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles
