Responsibilities

• Design training modules that accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Implement evaluation mechanisms to measure training success.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to staff.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Actively participate in HR initiatives related to employee engagement.
• Support talent management initiatives through training.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in training and development

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Content Creation

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Learning & Development Professional (CLDP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Leadership Development Experience: Experience in developing programs focused on leadership skills.
