As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be an essential contributor to our HR strategies, assessing market trends to make informed decisions about compensation and benefits. Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the annual bonus and incentive programs.
• Administer training sessions to educate employees on insurance benefits and retirement plans.
• Oversee the annual performance review process, coordinating with department heads.
• Monitor and analyze compensation practices to mitigate internal disparities.
• Assess employee satisfaction regarding wage equity and benefits.
• Provide reports to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure all employee data is accurately maintained and up-to-date for compensation benchmarking.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in the field of compensation and benefits.
• Develop communications for internal audiences regarding compensation and benefits updates.
• Support HR initiatives geared towards employee wellness and engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in human resources management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management
