Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis that drives growth and efficiency within the company. Your role will directly contribute to optimizing financial performance and guiding key decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO in fiscal management and corporate finance strategies.
• Develop dashboards and reports for analysis of financial performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting efficiency.
• Engage in scenario planning and financial modeling to enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Foster transparent financial communication across departments.
• Coordinate with external agencies and consultants as needed.
• Lead training sessions on financial systems and software for staff.
• Compile reports for quarterly and yearly financial reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or Business Administration
• Professional qualifications such as CA(SA) or CIMA are advantageous

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in financial analysis with a proven record of performance

• CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting
