Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee all aspects of our supply chain operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, procurement, and inventory management, with a focus on optimizing processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. You will be instrumental in implementing inventory control strategies and collaborating with suppliers to ensure continuous operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize logistics operations for improved delivery performance.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams to meet service targets.
• Assess risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Analyze market trends and adjust supply chain strategies as needed.
• Lead initiatives focused on sustainability and responsible sourcing within the supply chain.
• Ensure training and development of supply chain staff to foster a high-performing team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or related fields
