Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to produce high-quality leather products. The ideal candidate will have experience operating clicker machinery, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and calibrate machinery for optimal operation.
  • Cut materials accurately while minimizing waste.
  • Inspect machinery regularly to ensure proper functionality.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Document production activities and report any discrepancies.
  • Train new staff on machine operation and safety procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in machine operation is a plus
Experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant machine operating experience required
