Responsibilities

• Assess and report on the store's performance metrics.
• Manage store security and ensure product loss prevention measures.
• Cultivate relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
• Create an engaging shopping experience through promotions and events.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive store traffic and brand awareness.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Respond promptly to any operational issues that arise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business
• Additional qualification in marketing is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles
