Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our vibrant Durban team. You will play a critical role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out customers in the store to offer assistance.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Uphold company standards in customer interactions.
• Help train new employees on sales techniques and store procedures.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude at all times.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in sales or customer service are preferred

Experience

• 1-4 years of experience in retail sales or related fields

• Point of Sale Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
