Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across various sectors. This role requires excellent communication skills and a knack for understanding client needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential candidates to promote job opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts.
• Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
• Assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Gather and analyze feedback from candidates and clients.
• Attend career fairs and industry networking events.
• Contribute to marketing and branding initiatives.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance candidate experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is preferable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR consulting

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter: Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates.
