Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate should have a knack for solving problems and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Handle complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and ideas.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Assist in creating customer service documentation and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role
Technical Skills
  • Zendesk or similar platform experience
  • Google Suite

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
