Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer with us, you’ll engage in the complete project lifecycle, from concept through to execution. We’re looking for someone who can think critically and creatively, with a passion for engineering innovation and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Research and apply new technologies to improve product design.
• Evaluate the performance of existing systems and suggest enhancements.
• Develop and execute testing protocols to verify designs.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior engineers.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure quality of materials and components.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Other relevant technical certifications are beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management Software
• Technical Report Writing

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Leadership

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing engineering projects effectively.
• Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with ISO, ASME, and other engineering standards.
