Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with relevant legislation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial forecasts.
• Assist in budget preparation and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
• Process invoices and manage account receivables/payables.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Chartered Accountant designation is preferred

Experience

• Experience working in a finance team in a corporate environment is preferred.

Advantageous
