We are seeking an HR Compliance Officer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies, and play a crucial role in maintaining our ethical workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Oversee compliance audits and ensure action plans are implemented.
Review employee handbooks and HR documentation for compliance.
Foster an ethical workplace culture by promoting compliance best practices.
Coordinate with management to address compliance concerns.
Prepare reports on compliance metrics for leadership.
Stay updated on shifts in employment legislation and regulatory changes.
Assist with on-boarding and training related to compliance.
Serve as the primary contact for compliance-related inquiries.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Master's degree is a plus

3+ years of experience in HR compliance
