Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management, ensuring our HR practices align with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Facilitate employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Manage employee performance management processes.
  • Implement strategies for employee retention and engagement.
  • Advise management on HR issues and best practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
  • Prepare HR reports and insights for management.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional HR qualifications preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in HR management
