Responsibilities
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
Facilitate employee training sessions and workshops.
Manage employee performance management processes.
Implement strategies for employee retention and engagement.
Advise management on HR issues and best practices.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
Prepare HR reports and insights for management.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
