Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Doubler Operator to operate and maintain machinery for textile fabric production. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and safe machinery operation while adhering to production schedules and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machinery operations and ensure they run smoothly.
• Coordinate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production logs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Technical manual interpretation

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the textile industry: Previous experience working in a textile manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of weaving and knitting machinery: Experience with related machinery and processes.
