Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to become a valuable part of our HR team. In this role, you will assist with various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will help us in building a positive workplace culture, ensuring that our staff feel supported and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Implement and oversee employee onboarding procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide support during employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Organize training and development workshops for staff.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR operations and processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through various initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles
