Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager based in Johannesburg to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of project management principles, experience leading cross-functional teams, and a knack for driving projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team meetings and maintain regular communication.
• Document project progress and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and key deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout project execution.
• Report project performance, analyzing results and making recommendations for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• Agile certification is a plus

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in managing complex projects

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
