We are on the lookout for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and improving mechanical systems. Responsibilities

• Coordinate design review sessions and provide technical feedback.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles in project workflows.
• Maintain and update engineering databases and tools.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts on mechanical failures.
• Conduct training sessions on new equipment and processes.
• Participate in product lifecycle management activities.
• Assist in regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders on project developments.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in mechanical systems

• Finite Element Analysis

• Certified SolidWorks Professional
