Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist, where you will interact with customers daily, assisting them with their queries and complaints. You will play a key role in fostering positive relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and report them to management.

  • Assist in developing customer support resources and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or support role
