As an Account Manager in our Durban office, you will develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with our high-quality services. You will work collaboratively with various teams to provide customized solutions, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in driving our strategy and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to position services effectively.
• Provide training and support to clients as needed on services and solutions.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Collaborate with the finance team on invoicing and payment processes.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for client meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in account management or business development

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
