Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Agent to join our passionate team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will provide timely and effective support to our customers, ensuring a satisfactory experience while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as required.
  • Record customer feedback and report trends.
  • Participate in training and development sessions.
  • Create knowledge base articles for common inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in remote customer service roles preferred
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Helpdesk software
