Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them maximize the value they receive from our products. You will strategize on customer retention, conduct regular check-ins, and proactively address any issues. Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and implementation activities to ensure customer success.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and use data to drive improvements.
  • Identify areas for potential improvement and suggest solutions to management.
  • Work closely with product teams to relay customer insights and influence future developments.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on customer account status and engagement.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related
  • MBA is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success and project management
