We are seeking an experienced Wad Blanking Press Adjuster to join our dedicated manufacturing team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and adjusting the wad blanking press to ensure optimal efficiency, quality control, and safety during the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate the wad blanking press and ensure it runs smoothly.
• Adjust machine settings based on production requirements.
• Perform quality checks and make adjustments to achieve optimal output.
• Assist in problem-solving and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline the production process.
• Keep accurate records of production data and machine performance.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Technical qualification in mechanical engineering is preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
