Job Description

The Organizational Development Analyst (OD Analyst) is responsible for conducting comprehensive organizational assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement. You will design and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and engage employees.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees.
  • Support organizational planning and restructuring efforts.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct focus groups to gain insights on workplace dynamics.
  • Provide consultancy to departments on OD initiatives.
  • Create mentorship and coaching programs within the organization.
  • Document and share best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Post-graduate qualifications preferred
Experience
  • Experience in conducting employee engagement surveys
