Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and placement. Your ability to identify and engage top talent will be essential in driving our company’s success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and assessments according to company standards.
• Implement new recruitment practices and strategies.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Evaluate onboarding processes to improve candidate experience.
• Manage and improve candidate experience through effective communication.
• Provide training and support to junior recruitment team members.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Develop and present candidate reports to the HR manager.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Postgraduate diploma in HR management is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment

Technical Skills

• Sourcing Candidates
• Applicant Tracking Systems

• Interpersonal Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
