Industrial Engineer

Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you will work closely with production teams in Cape Town to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective engineering solutions, ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze problem areas in manufacturing processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Create and update process flow charts and designs.
• Support the development of engineering solutions by applying industrial engineering principles.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Work with suppliers to enhance capabilities and reduce costs.
• Participate in project teams to ensure on-time completion of engineering projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new processes or products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering
