Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will shape brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive brand loyalty. Your expertise in market analysis and creative marketing solutions will be critical to our success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that elevate our clients' brands in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Advocate for and uphold the brand’s mission and vision.
  • Lead special projects that enhance brand recognition and engagement.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing strategies and modify as needed.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity within the team.
  • Participate in budget preparation and expenditure tracking.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for brand messaging.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA in Marketing preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing
