Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and drive construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor project progress. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage construction personnel and their daily activities.
• Ensure all project resources are adequately allocated.
• Conduct final inspections and ensure compliance before project handover.
• Manage subcontractor performance and contract compliance.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Promote a culture of safety on-site through training and awareness.
• Collaborate with the finance team on project budgeting and expenditures.
• Report project successes and challenges to upper management.
• Gather feedback from team members to improve future projects.
• Implement sustainability practices where applicable.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
