Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Construction Manager, where you will manage various construction sites, liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will ensure that all work adheres to health & safety and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement construction project plans.
  • Supervise project teams and subcontractors daily.
  • Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
  • Evaluate performance and provide guidance to staff on-site.
  • Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential project risks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building techniques and regulations.
  • Liaise with external agencies and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the project teams.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, NEBOSH) are a plus.
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a managerial role within construction
